I was wondering if you can put a pair of JJ 6V6S tubes in the MT15?(as long as you adjust bias) On the tube description it says that they have larger plates and you can replace most 6L6's with them. I don't know how true that is so that's why I'm asking. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Looks like nobody knows. But why would you want to?

I wish I could find the stuff I had on the MT15 but if my memory is correct PRS said 30mV for ether 6L6 or EL34s ,
After reading about the 6v6s it says they can handle higher voltages but I would still have to ask PRS and or eurotubes or Tube doctor if they think its a fit at all.

FWIW, I put JJ 6V6s in my Archon 50 (a somewhat similar circuit) briefly, and while it made noise and nothing melted, caught on fire, or exploded (because JJ 6V6s have voltage ratings more like a 6L6), it also cut quite a bit of volume and bass. The volume cut was welcome, the bass cut ...wasn't. I took them out pretty quickly.
