I have a PRS Modern Eagle 2 for about 3 4 years now, I want to change the Wilkinson trem to Floyd Rose trem, but that need some woodwork .
It's kind of a fortune to me so I'm looking for a trusted luthier/modder in Asia ( I live in Vietnam)
Please reply if you know any luthier that can be trusted with a fortune
Thank you <3

First, unless you already modded your ME from stock, it shouldn't be a "Wilkinson" brand trem but a PRS trem.

Second, if it were me personally, because I don't kow a guy good enough to do something like that, I would only trust the PTC center to do it. (if you don't know what that is, it's a custom shop in the factory that will work on your guitar. And I believe a floyd install is totally doable).

If you decide to send it to PRS, you can sleep happy knowing it's coming back perfect, and will be as if it was built with a floyd from day one.

The PTC only charges $775 to install a Floyd Rose onto a PRS, which includes the cost of the new Floyd. Not sure where you're thinking you'll save a ton of cash elsewhere, most guys willing to attempt that job for less than that might not be doing it right IMO. I think your safest bet is PTC , especially on a guitar as nice (and expensive!) as a Modern Eagle, not exactly the kind of guitar you want to "go cheap" for modifications. ;)

I thought it would cost more than 1000$, and can they refinish my guitar into a different color ? How much would that cost ?

Contact PTC on on the price of the refin. Probably more than that price of the Floyd install. Don't forget you have shipping to/from to add on to the cost. Most of the time, doing major overhauls properly on a guitar like this are gonna cost you near as much as a new guitar. I certainly wouldn't risk having someone besides PTC do this type of work unless you know 100% this place is the real deal and more than qualified to do the work - with lots of examples of mods/refin work they have done. That may be tough to find in Vietnam unless you know the right people. Not trying to sway you from getting what you're after, just get it done right and don't make the mistake trying to get it on the cheap and have a ruined guitar. Requires a lot of research if going outside PRS directly.

Why would you even think about that mod on such a beautiful guitar .I would take the money buy an se 24 do the mod you would have a good guitar. The value of the me would be intact.Or trade the me for a custom 24 with Floyd already install from the factory.IMHO don't do it

Post a picture of your guitar. so we can see it
MEs are great guitars ( I have one also )
Putting a Floyd on any guitar is a big job not only modding the body but the neck also I have only seen one other PRS modded with a Floyd is was sweet but I believe it was a PTC job
my guess is that with a refinish and a Floyd + shipping you would be looking at over $2000 USD for that kind of $$$ you would be well on your way to a new guitar with a Floyd

+2.

Just buy new CU24 with the Floyd and you'll have two great guitars, one made for the Floyd from the start.

This is kind of a "soul" guitar, i'm not hesitated to pay half guitar price to renew it, just afraid that it'll cost a new ME
