A Top (and Heart) of Gold
In the new July 2014 issue (#382) of the UK magazine "Guitarist", there is a shootout of more affordable Semi-Acoustic electrics. Four makers are represented; Fret-King, LTD, Comins, and PRS. The PRS model is the Zach Myers SE.
No surprise that the ZM gets high marks - along with the Fret-King - to the point of receiving the magazine's "Guitarist Choice" award.
In the same issue, there's a two page writeup on the McCarty Singlecut. Fantastic closeup picture, and description of features, makes me WANT ONE!!!
