I have seen Eagle and Custom 24's with a brass bridge just a year ago. However it seems with the 2024 models including my Custom 24 they no longer use them? Does anyone know why they changed it?

I thought that was simply the "hybrid hardware" option, which includes both gold-colored & silver-colored parts. We can't see the tuners in those pictures, but are they nickel with gold knobs? The silver & gold pickup polepieces are the key giveaway there.

Indeed. The saddles are the same. Just one has gold plating and the other is nickel. Sound the same, unless one has some kind of supersonic hearing…

I dunno about how the blocks are made these days, vs older ones. Aka the various Generation versions. That’s a question for those that have experimented with trem swops on the same guitar. And/or the Mann made replacement iterations. I’d bet there are threads about that on here already.

The Gen III PRS trem is still brass, the block, too. What you have is called Hybrid Hardware, as others have mentioned. It has gold plated brass saddles.
Is it possible to see where the materials are indicated?
