PRS GG Bass: any owners?

In another life, I was arguably a better bass player than I am a guitar player now. I am interested in picking up a bass in the near term. I am looking for feedback on the GG basses from bass players (not guitarists who pick one up sometimes, bassists hear things a little differently). Let me know what you think!

I play both, and know what you mean. The bass player in one of my bands got his GG about two months ago. He has quite a collection, with a couple awesome examples of my all-time favorites--a stunning Ric 4003 and a custom Warwick. The GG blows all of them away in terms of tone, flexibility, and playability.
