Ooooh I wanted more of the limelight rifff! perfect tone.
I had one of those, I let it go, and perhaps should not have,
but the reason I did let it go is ebony fret boards are too sharp of an attack for me.
after another 2nd guitar with an ebony fretboard, it confirmed they are too percussive for me,
probably my fundamental right hand style, I know that they fit with a lot of other players style.
perhaps the tendency for metal works well, at high gain. stops the notes from getting muddy.
after I sold it I did notice, I thought I saw some Akesson models with rosewood boards.
