Hi everyone,
I couldn't find the exact layout I was looking for so I'm curious if anyone here can recommend how to do this wiring. I'm good with a soldering iron and have always done basic repairs, pot swaps, etc, but this is more complex than what I am used to and I can't find a schematic to follow.
What I would like to do on the DGT SE is Single Volume, Single Tone, Gradual Tap, and 3 way switch.
For the gradual tap, what I'm hung up on is doing it as a master for both pickups and also so that when the pot is fully counter-clockwise the "tap" is the same as the current tap setting on the DGT. So I don't want counter-clockwise to eliminate one coil, I want it to get me to the current tapped sound.
Also, what kind of pot for this? I assume a no-load Blender Pot. Also, if so, can anyone recommend a pot that moves quite fast and doesn't have a lot of resistance? I would like to be able the pot quite easily.
Thanks in advance!
