I’d leave it. BUT… I don’t look like Cindy Crawford, and I have freckles so I’ve pretty much got blemishes everywhere the sun hits, so I may not be the best person to ask.

Get a gemstone of your choice that size and attach it in the hole. Tell those that question you that you won the stone in a poker game and put it there to taunt the loser. Side benefit is it raises the value of the guitar.
