Sorry to ask this on the forum, but when I click on the email chain on the PRS site it bugs out on my Mac! So, what's the PRS customer service EMAIL? And, also who do I contact directly to find out about a guitar via serial number?

Do you own the guitar and is it newish? I only ask because if you have the MODCAT number that can reveal a lot of info about the guitar...

I'm looking to buy a used PRS from a small store and it is missing a hang tag. Plus, the original pickups are swapped out by the seller. The store owner is selling for his friend and he knows nothing about PRS guitars. When asked what kind of neck carve he answered, "full C."

Certainly, unnerving as I decided to drive an hour to this small shop tomorrow instead of being surprised with a WT neck at my door.
