Would anyone mind posting some pics of their Core Gen 3 tremolo bridge from the perspective of your sitting position? I just recently got a MEV (my first Core), which I really like but I am wondering if my tremolo is still a bit too low. With the curvature of the body it's hard for me to tell which area should be approximately 1/16" off the body.

Here's what mine looks like currently.

Off the bat: trem should be parralel to the body. This setup is more like a traditional fender trem. It should float like a floyd rose or wilkinson trem

Not setup right. Do a search. Plenty of info out there. The John Mann video is really helpful

I have an SE I adjusted withthe mannmade bridge but that also involved putting a pick underneath the butt of the bridge to help it be parallel and this core starts to angle more so I am not sure if that trick would work.

First get the height correct. As mentioned previously there is a god instructional video by John Mann. Just keep in mind to relief the string tension and remove the tremolo springs. After this is done you can adjust the spring tension to get the trem floating correctly. The last step should take less then 5min. String height and intonation may have to be tweaked after the setup.

All Proper Advice Given Above This Response. Your Trem Is Definitely Off But Fixable Fairly Easily With The Tutorials Out There. Your Guitar Will Play And Feel Much Better Once Fixed. Good Luck!
