Anyone have any info on PRS concept guitars? How many made, where they ended up?
PRS hasn’t done many concept guitars.
They do make prototypes from time to time, which are invariably good guitars. Some of them spend time with Paul, or an artist. Some end up in the hands of our forum mates, or in the archives.
No clue on how many, but I have one. 1991 EG III Prototype.
Where did you get that?
I have one as well. Hence my curiosity. Mine just says "Concept instrument #1" on the back of the headstock. It definitely has an EG III vibe. What does yours have on the back of the headstock, if you don't mind me asking? Set neck?
Not sure about Bodia's, but mine came from Carlos Santana.
If you search The Bay and Reverb with concept you’ll get some results
Drop us some pictures. Otherwise it is a miniature.
Dave’s Guitars, last spring.
Set neck, with carved heel. Nothing on the headstock. Here’s the NGD thread I did when I got it last year.
Not sure which category this falls under. Might’ve been posted before. (Not mine)
When the concept turns out to be brilliant!
Mini PS. An idea that never grew up.

One of my all time favs!
I like the Tremonti concept guitar!
When I first saw this run, which is the Collection II DGT, I knew it would be my dessert island guitar.
Not that I don't love pastries, but this pic seems off-topic!
Oh .. it's a desert joke. LOL.
Sooooo glad I wasn’t drinking coffee when I saw this post!
I own the Concept guitar of the Singlecut with a letter of authenticity. I would be happy to post pictures if you like.
