G'day again Ken for OZ here, my CE24 arived to day in "Scarlet". I did say I would be very critical.
Ist impression was very nice, will have to get use to it .
So far liking the neck, action might have to be lowered a little not sure yet.
The color is very appealing, I also purchased a case as I dont like the gig bags, to me they are cheap and do not protect a valuable peace of equipment to my liking, just my opinion only.

I did have to tune it up.
I went to adjust the trem bar grub screw , shock horror casp, the grub screw is not there.
Paul best get the QA team to do their job a little better.:(

The guitar case does not support the neck properly it misses by about 1/2".
things I can fix however should not have to.
Might have to change the strings sound a bit dull. as the guitar was made in december 2019, and proberbly sittting around for awhile unplayed I think.
Will let you know more as I play with it more.
Have not named it yet! Maybe a job for the wife!:)
Ken

Sometimes there is a spare grub screw in the bag that has the truss rod wrench etc.

Congratulations on the new guitar and we’d love to see pictures when you can.

Hi have checked there no screw, was a spare tuner screw for the locking section.
Also I changed the strings still the 6th string on the neck pick up sounds dull, any ideas?
The intonation is just out on 2 strings ,maybe due to travel?
