Well, after buying and returning the Tremonti SE Custom, I got a PRS CE 24. This thing is awesome. Had my first gig with it last night for NYE. I needed to make a few profile tweaks to my Kemper, but it sounded great. Those 85/15 pickups are so articulate. The only issue I had was the volume knob was really loose and it would move when ever my finger touched it by accident. Love the taper on it but man was it easy to move. I needed to find a fix. What I did was to cut a circle out of some thicker fabric, take the knob off and place that between the guitar and the knob. Perfect results. It added just enough friction so it wasn't so loose when I went to turn it. Just thought I would share since I did see a few things on line regarding pots that were really easy to turn.

Happy New Year!

Awesome! Glad to hear you're digging the CE. I know what you mean about the easy to turn volume knobs. My soultion was a Santana, or five. Your fix would have been a hole lot cheaper! :D

Good to hear it worked well for you.

I used plumbers tape on a loose volume knob - it wasn’t a PRS

You did well on the fix. For future reference, get some felt from Home Depot, wood working department, and it works perfect.
