Well, since you ask for "body dimension", I am pretty sure the neck dimensions jfb referenced will do you little good.
Are you looking for total body length (end pin to point abeam of bass horn) and width (across bottom of body) and thickness (at edge or max possible?)?
Thickness varies, but there are typical thicknesses depending on the model.
The rest are easily found via a Google search. e.g. this is for a CU24, allegedly:
