I was reading the article in my local paper that I link to below and it really got me thinking. Among other things, it says that every Friday at 8 a.n. Paul and his managers all sit together in a room and open up a slew of guitars in their cases to emulate the experience that a buyer has. Its all about improving the product as a musical instrument and as a sensory experience and the attention to every last detail is truly amazing. Imagine if most companies paid that much attention to improvement; imagine if Congress was that dedicated to their tasks.
Its a short article and a good read.
