PRS Artist V (Black Paisley) Case question

I purchased my first PRS last week. Its a Tremonti Baritone. The guitar came with the Artist V case which according to the PRS information only fits Custom (double cutaway) shaped models and not for Santana or singlecut shaped models. While closing the case I do notice that it really is a tight fit with the guitar and it seems like the case its putting some pressure in the toggle switch.

Should I worry about this? I'm guessing it shouldn't be a problem because the case came with the guitar but the information on the PRS online shop tells me it shouldn't fit.

The single cut cases are different from the artist V.
I have one that came with my wood library SC594 and noticed the same thing.
I wouldn’t worry at all. I’ve been using the case for a year and there are no issues with the guitar or the toggle switch.

Welcome to the forum and how about some pictures of that new baritone?

Thanks for the info. Will post some pictures once the site let me put links. One more post before that.

Here are the pictures.

Question regarding paint swirls. While cleaning the guitar I noticed some swirls that only appear on certain angles when the light hits the guitar. I know small scratches and swirls will eventually happen when playing, but wast expecting them so soon. I'm not too worried about them but would like to remove them eventually. What product do you recommend to remove them? The swirls are not deep at all.
This is the only thing I'm disappointed about the guitar, seems like the finish is really sensitive to anything.
Below are some pictures to what I'm referring.
