HI, so my Amp which i purchased new in the UK in March 2024 has developed an issue within the space of 24 hours since i last played it, and now its outside of the 12 month warranty period i need to look elsewhere for some advice other than the store i bought it from, so im hoping you kind folks can help me out.
Basically it feels like I've lost a gain stage on the lead channel of the amp, losing sustain and the edge to the drive has gone and there seems to be more residual channel noise now. I've reduced the signal chain down to just guitar, lead and head and prior to this have checked my guitar, guitar and cab leads and cab through my kemper and there are no issues so its definitely the head.
It gets used at home volume for a few hours per day pretty much every day and gets cranked a few times a month for rehearsals etc but not for the last month or so, it's been sat in my music room and used at home volume levels so it's not been knocked etc and it worked fine yesterday morning.
Both power tubes are lit as usual. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
