I decided I really wanted to try a set of Emg James Hetfeilds in my s2. These are forsure not like any emg I've heard before. More like a passive ,clean and can get dirty easily. Great roll offs on the volume and tone pots.
Ps...Yes Raven ,I will be soon looking into bare knuckle pickups for my dgt.

I threw a set in my Clint Lowery, they are awesome pickups.

My clint Lowrey is about to get a pickup upgrade too but can't decide on a set. Might be another set of jh or a dimarzio set. My dgt might just get a set of bareknuckle cold sweats in it.

The Crunchlab / Liquifire Combo from DiMarzio works nicely for me for heavier stuff, however a seriously underated combo from DiMarzio is a 36th Anni in the neck and an Andy Timmons in the bridge.

I played a Lowery last night with the Hetfields - sounded great. I recently put a set in my SE245. Lots of punch and a great match for the 245.
