I'm borrowing this MkIII so I thought I'd take some pictures with my PRS

It's too loud and too heavy to be practical at home but it sure is a thing of beauty. Fully loaded with all the options.

That really is a stunning combination.

Two words -

Dolly

and

Attenuator
Ha, if I was living with it maybe. Truth is the dolly won't help in the little space in the bedroom it currently is or getting it up and down the stairs and I have other amplifiers that do quieter volumes without needing to resort to attenuators. But yeah, if it was all I had....

16 year old me thought this was the ultimate high end rig back in the 90s.

Enjoy!
It'll have to go back to it's owner soon. He borrowed an amp from me and when he asked if I wanted to borrow anything in return..... Well this came to mind. He laughed when I asked and said sure, but you're carrying it from the car!

Haha, reminds me of the first time one of my band mates offered to carry my Studio 22! He nearly gave himself a hernia

Beautiful photos as well.

Thanks Alnus. I bought myself a new camera body with some money my company gave me for being with them for 25 years but I haven't had chance to use it much so this was an excuse for that as much as anything

The quality of the definition shows in the quilt. What camera body did you buy? If you don’t mind me asking.

Congratulations on a quarter century in your job.

Yeah don’t get too excited, we’re still talking him into keeping the amp ;)

Hopefully Sergio comes by soon.:D
Ha, I couldn't afford to keep the amp even if I wanted to.
I bought a canon 7d mkii. There's some editing going on as well to sharpen and add contrast to make it pop a bit - plus all the masking to remove the background. I did have a black sheet behind but it wasn't big enough or black enough to really work, but gave a start for the masking

That looks like a hardwood Boogie MkIII I once owned… my first Boogie. Simul-class, EV12, a real tone machine that saw many, many stages over the years. Yes, very heavy, especially in the case! Great looking guitar, equally great looking amp. Brings back memories.
Yep, EVM, simul class, reverb, export transformer with the voltage adjust switch. The full works. This one is a purple stripe dating it to 1986
