prs 513 pickup question

Hey guys is it possible to swap the neck pickups on the 513 for 2 of your favorite single coils? Will they fit and will the controls still function the same?

Seems like that would negate the big selling point of that guitar (versatility) unless the replacement pickups were some form of stacked humbucker.

No, Unless you had them specially made. While they are 5 single coils, they sounds you get are "Full Humbucker, Half Humbucker (They tap the pickups in the middle and of the wind for this) and Single Coil."
