PRS 2x12 Cab Inquiry

There is a PRS 2x12 open back for sale nearby. Dude is asking $300. Looks in really good shape. Has the 2 70 watt Celestions. Opinions?

With a quick bit of sleuthing, it appears to be the "Sonzera" with the black and tan theme, 2 "V-Type" speakers. Ish Guitars bought all the remaining stock of those and blew them out for $300 each. I still might be interested, but he's 80 miles away. Depends on what kind of deal I can work.
