PRS 1957/2008 pickups

I found a set of 1957/2008 pickups,

I would like to know if there's a wiring diagram, is possible use split coil, I have no idea why there's a white cable out the braid.

Also what you think about them.

Any input is welcome.

Not sure what's up with the orange wires, they aren't stock but maybe just extend the ground?

Yea, the orange wire is soldiered to the braid mesh

Braided shield style is best with McCarty wiring (previous diagram is for 3 conductor). You didn’t mention what guitar it’s going in, but this is for single volume/tone and a 3-way:
