I order **** from them and they never mail it or tell me they don’t have it, they just leave me hanging.

Congrats on the purchase!

I ordered a used D1 case from them and they shipped right away, but required the package be delivered to the shipping address. Of course I was at work on day 1. Then FEDEX indicated I wasn't home and couldn't deliver day 2, which I was home and they did not try to deliver. Luckily day 3 was Saturday. I was home and they finally did deliver. Why would a shipper not allow the purchaser to have the package held at a FEDEX location for pickup? If the package first delivery was Monday-Wed, I would not have been home and the package would be sent back to the shipper.
