Thanks to JD at Guitar Maverick for the great deal and even better customer service!
I recieved two amazing guitars today. I have a hard time passing on blue guitars, I don't even know how many I own. But neither of these are blue and they still hooked me.

First up is a PS Violin II

PS Brazilian Modern Eagle

Here are the build sheets. The ME is being redone to reflect the correct pickups, notice the 85/15's.

It makes me BLUE Joe , that you won't let me touch either guitar nor fly to Canada for me to play your collection lol

That violin is off the charts....love the back of the neck. I checked one out late summer and was very much in love with it. Should've come home with me :(

The modern eagle has quite the top on it. Love the waves.....

After a few hours playing them the ME with the 85/15's sounds huge, heavy and still very clear and bright. Great combo of woods and pickups on this private stock. The Violin II is much more laid back and bluesy. It sounds great cleaned up thru my Hugh's n Kettner. Both are definite keepers and not going to be flipped.

Are the 85/15's your fave pickups? PRS is touting them as the best they've made.

Speaking only of PRS pickups, I've always favored the Tremonti bridge and 57/08 neck.

I think the 85/15 sounds huge and I really like it. PRS did a great job with it.

I can't imagine trying to move all this gear. Lol. It'd be easier for you to fly here, You're more than welcome to visit and jam.
Plus it's too darn cold up,there, the metal in my spine hurts like hell in the winter.
