The green one...looks like narrow 408s and a middle SC, shifted closer to the neck PU than usual. Is that one of you guys...or are we looking at an ME V?
Looks great! What's the significance of 101?Thanks my friend! It's one in a set of two … Snow Miser is the other.
Yeah, I've been spoiled by Hunter the past couple weeks with this one getting lots of love in the Friday photo gallery (thanks Hunter!).
It's turning out gorgeous … seeing them at this stage lets me know they're almost completed, and make me really anxious to play them … so kind of a blessing and curse.
Was first seen with the 53/10 limited.
Yes!! Thank you my PRS friend and fellow Washingtonian …. and Snow Miser has icicle inlays at the 1st, 3rd and 5th fret, -10 at the 12th fret. You folks gotta brush up on your older Christmas Specials!
Circa 1974 according to the interwebz- I remember watching these as a kid (reruns)

One of my college buds would randomly sing the Heat Miser song - Mr 101! When I saw the inlay I thought that’s gotta be it.Yes!!

Great theme! What colors did you go with for the Snow Miser?Yes!! Thank you my PRS friend and fellow Washingtonian …. and Snow Miser has -10 at the 12th fret.
Tourmaline Blue and Glacier Blue with a whitewashed ash back with blue grain filler. Flamed maple fretboard instead of the ebony on Heat Miser. Chrome hardware … Heat Miser will have gold, both have Floyd Rose 'Pro' tremolos .. I prefer the narrower string spacing (standard spacing as opposed to F spacing on an Original Floyd Rose) and flatter profile of the Pro. HFS/VB pickups on Snow Miser... a PRS Metal set on Heat Miser.Great theme! What colors did you go with for the Snow Miser?
THAT BURL 594, THOUGH. WOW!!!
That’s going to be a killer pair for sure! Love those blue colors - will look great on a Dragons Breath Fade finish. What’s cool is that you know exactly what you want and the PS team is building it x2!Tourmaline Blue and Glacier Blue with a whitewashed ash back with blue grain filler. Agreed. I’m gonna look at that again. [...ooohhh...I can feel it..]Agreed. And the “Translucent gold top”
No doubt. I missed the the label on the fretboard mask, but I’m curious what that finish actually is. The top curl is very unique. Nice to look at!... and soon, to plaaaaayyyyyy!!!Agreed. And the “Translucent gold top”
