The top on the SC594 is amazing. It looks like it is on fire, like a rolling fire! The back and headstock are also great. Whoever spec'ed that has fantastic taste.

Looks like a spalt of some kind, maybe Maple.

Definitely spalted top, most likely maple as has been said, but the color makes it a bit tough to be sure, doesn’t it? Looks great, though.

That neck is Cocobolo, and it looks fantastic. Agreed!
