Private Stock Friday

Not really Private Stock and not yet Friday (for me) but I thought this was interesting. Here are some 16/4" mahogany slabs. These are big ol' hunks of wood.

Shawn:

Please keep an eye out for an Aquamarine DC 245!!

I will always try to keep at least one in the oven at all times, in hopes to get a glimpse of one of mine on Private Stock Friday!

;)

I just realized I could possibly see my next guitar one of these upcoming weeks. Thanks Pete! Haha.

I don't know if the color ever got named, but it's going to be a looker I can feel it. Now I REALLY can't wait for tomorrow.

A nice line up:

It's really hard taking photos of guitars and not giving away any secrets:

Floyd Shultz, master carver, sent in this carved owl head. Apparently it was not up to his standards because the back say "false start". I would be thrilled to create something half as good, the detail is just amazing.

Shawn, Any is idea what those two colors on the right are?

Thank goodness I won't be at NAMM, because I'd be out selling my blood, eyeballs, kidneys and other body parts.
