I think this is a "Joker" finish. I've only seen a couple in the wild. Really cool finish!

Pretty sure the Joker finish is purple, not blue like this one. This could well be Joker in a different light or photo editing though?

But now I see the blue is much deeper and the curls look more like rainforest green. Gorgeous top either way!

I did see that as well, but my guess would be that the 513 is a refinish... Isn't the shielding paint applied just before wiring?

I have. It was due in March, then got oddly 'postponed' 4 months due to the Dragons, and then understandably another 2 from the shutdown.
It's due end of September now so I suspect, short of another delay, that they'll start working on it soon-ish.
