I’m a big fan. Some years back, I bought several billets and had them made into guitars. It was just a matter of time before PS jumped into the ring. Cool stuff.

Its Private Stock Friday-Saturday-Sunday at the Woodstock Luthiers Invitational. If you haven't played a PRS acoustic before you must go find one to at least try, they consistently blow my mind.

Joey and Austin (the two PS Acoustic builders) are incredible guys and ridiculously talented. In a guitar show consisting of mostly $8k+ amazing instruments, the quality or workmanship and thought in their builds still clearly stands out as an industry leader.

And then there's Paul Miles. He's just ok.

That's what PS is about right there.

All those uniform fiddleback and quilt tops are nice, but this is something unique and special.
