I seem to recall a picture of a PS that had a sick maple top, but also had sparkle in the clear coat. Is that something PS is still doing, anyone know?
Sparkle rules my word. Red sparkle rules my universe.
I thought they only made organs out of that?
Fodera made a Custom 2016 NAMM bass using a Tulipwood f/b. It is said to have tone properties of both Rosewood and Maple.

Agreed...makes it look like they are flying against an angry sky...like in an old B&W horror movie...reminds me of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds".
