Private Stock certificate question

The Key Is To Never Lose Your Certificate. All of My PS Guitars Have Certificates. I Need To See Dates On Them As I Forget What year Some Fo Them Are. I Do Have Some Knaggs Era Builds That I Think Go Back More Than 15 Years Or Thereabouts.

The original Private Stock document was printed on regular paper with a list of specs and signatures. The latest one I have found is from 2004. 2006 is the earliest certificate I have found that is printed on cardstock and with the fancy border much like the current style. The Private Stock program started in 1996.

Um... Isn't the date written on the back of your headstocks? And the serial # gives you the year...

This Is True But You Still Never Want To Lose Your Certificate Because Getting A Replacement Is Impossible. I Would Have To Dig Mine (The Guitars I Mentioned Previously) Out Of Their Cases To See Dates As I Don't Have Them Memorized. ;)

I might have thrown mine away inadvertently the last time I organized the black hole I refer to as a 'storage room' a few years ago. Whether they're still around or not, I don't miss them.
