wanted to share this photo because yesterday i had in my home a friends Axe FX Ultra, and to make this simple and short,
it is ALL the hype is about and much more! I was really amazed by the feel you get from most amps, the feel and tone is of
a real tube amp no doubt! This is as far as i have been in the music world the best digital amp simulation out there, the only
one that comes a bit close to it is the Peavey ReValver MkIII.V and thats about it.
My PRS is currently sporting a McCarty on the neck and a SD JB on the bridge and i can get insane Strat tone with the coil split
that i have never experienced that before with any of my tube amps!!! its like a whole new pickup!
The downside of all this is that i do not own a Axe FX and probably be a long time before i can!....
