I have a set of 58/15 MT, from my SC 594 WL that I'd like to sell. Don't see any on Reverb and you can't buy them from PRS or anywhere else. This of course gives me no idea what to list them for.

They are 3 wire (counting the shield) in smoked chrome with a "58/15 TM" etching and the bridge has a bit of a patina on most of the top. Wires were desoldered so they are full length.

Any idea what's reasonable? Don't want to be greedy but also don't want to leave $$$ on the table. :p

Are they 58/15 TM, or MT? Sorry to be that guy, but the MT are the multi-tap, which have 408 style single coil tapping.

I’ve seen the regular or LT 58/15’s being listed for $500-600, but not sure if that’s what they’re actually selling for. If they’re the MT variety I would price them on the high side.

Brian's said they were MT but with them only being 3 wire I guess they are just "TM". Always a bit confused with it and the hang tag is one of the type without a pickups description. I'm thinking $400 for the set, unless people think I'm crazy.

They're hard to come by. I'd go high, to start with. I sold a set of LTs for $750. Yeah, that's crazy high. And, yeah, I kind of felt like a tool for listing them that high. When they sold in 2 days, I felt a little less tool-like.

Prices are all over. I watched for a set of LT for a while. I ended up picking mine up for $400 and passed on several sets for the same price range. There was no way I was paying the $600 some ask.

A lot has changed since this listing 4 years ago but it's what I found..

These would not be splittable if out of a HB. I had one and found a luthier that tapped it for me.

If you ever plan to sell the donor guitar, you should keep them. PRS with replaced pickups don’t sell for nearly as much.
I don't see that happening :D, I am head over headstock for the guitar!

Mine were connected to the tone p/p's, whether a true split or a coil-tap is where I get unsure lol. I'm not a single-coil guy for what that's worth.

Yours are the splittable type absolutely. The spare I got with mine (used) was not. Confirmed by tech support that it came out of a HB.

I figured the LT pickups were going at high prices. I have had a number of people ask me if I wanted to sell mine after I mentioned that I swapped the ones in my 594 for 57/08s. I keep the stock pickups when I change them out. That way I can put the stock pickups back in if I sell the guitar or give the buyer the option. It also gives me the option to include them for an additional cost.
