Picking a Private Stock isn't a thing where you select from an options list in a catalog, like ordering an Artist Package or a car.
A Private Stock is a true bespoke guitar. Your imagination is the limit, and the prices reflect that. Every part can be custom, if you want. You aren't limited to production models.
You spec out the guitar working with your PRS dealer. The dealers who participate on the Forum have a lot of experience with ordering Private Stock, and can help you out.
PRS quotes the price when receiving your specs. You can get a very general idea of pricing of the types of guitars you might be interested in by visiting some of the dealer websites carrying these guitars.
You also have the option to visit PRS' Wood Vault (or library or whatever they call it), and pick out your own wood. I didn't do that with mine, but my dealer went with Paul Smith, and sent me info and pictures before the order was placed.
I feel you Cem, I wish there was way to make the process more transparent... but sadly there isn't. Basically if you have AT LEAST $8,000 to spend you should call one of the many great PRS dealers and start discussing it. If you want to start thinking about basic options (but as LSchefman said your imagination is the only limit) use the quote order form from guitar sanctuary here https://www.theguitarsanctuary.com/Articles.asp?ID=250
The lowest priced "new" PSs I have seen have been around $6500-$6800. Those were basically production models but built by the PS team with nicer woods. You can get a REALLY nice one for 8-10K. Anything above that and you are paying for a lot of very rare woods, and or lots of ornamentation.
I can tell you that like other things, right now is a VERY good time to order a PS due to the economy.
