Just found this today. From what I could tell it was posted today. Apologies if it was posted before. Anyway, it takes you from wood to good.

*SPECIAL NOTE TO SERGIO: There is a Santana at the end, and it's the color that shant be named...

Fantastic video. Really shows how much hand work, and attention to detail, goes into every guitar. I was fortunate enough to get a one-on-one tour with Shawn back in October, 2018 (can't believe it's been almost 4 years!). Basically the same tour starting at the wood intake/drying area. I did get to see the inlay area and Private Stock area. We wandered through the Vault and checked out some cool wood, stopped to talk to Doug Sewell in the amp department (and walked past a Hendrix head sitting in the hallway!!!). Ended in the Archive, which was beyond cool.

Has anyone said how much they miss Shawn lately. I miss that dude!

That new CNC process! Quite impressive.

Sounds like a cool day.

Does anyone know when PRS will start doing tours again? I know they stopped because of covid.

When I did my PS, I did the tour. I didn't get a private tour, but I did get to watch Shawn give Brian G crap for not arranging one for me. What was funny was a few of the people in the factory recognized me from Experience and said hi, and one guy in the group finally said, "Who the hell are you?" And that was even before I ran into Brian in electronics and got a huge welcome. But I did get to chat w/Shawn for about five minutes in the vault on my build day.

Still miss him being around here.
