Pranged bargain SE Standard colour?

Having scoured the local adverts around my town, I finally found what I was after: a used 2017 ST24.
Got it for a ludicrously low price because there’s some paint/lacquer damage to the Translucent Blue finish on the headstock and body/neck; in one square cm patch right down to the wood.

Anyone any idea how to fix it? Or at least what’s the closest Pantone or Hex reference to the original blue?
