Posting pictures

How do I post pictures of my guitars that are stored on my hard drive? It only asks for a URL. I don't have them posted online. They're on my hard drive on my laptop. Thank you so much in advance. Have a blessed day.

I just created an Imgur account, throw pics up there, and link them. Lots of other forums I'm a member of let you click & drag pics from your hard drive to the post, but this one doesn't.

At first it annoyed me, but then I realized that Imgur was great for resizing, rotating, croping pics, so now I'm a fan.

Most forums require that media (photos, videos, documents) be linked to, rather than stored on their servers.
It's easy when some nice person shows you how to do it.

Just an FYI from the Imgur site. “Currently editing is only available using desktop and not on our apps or mobile web”. Took me awhile to figure this out when I was trying to post pictures stored only on my iPad.

You need to use a 3rd party hosting site like Imgur or Postimage and then use the forum share code that they supply and put it in this text box

Postimage looks like this and I use the hotlink for forums share code
