Posting errors when quoting

I can't really tell from here. I'm inclined to think not though.
It would be pretty easy to pin it down intercepting the request as it arrives at the server.

Happens sometimes with my posts as well. Quoting someone else's post that contains a previous quote or attachment. Not so much with direct quotes or quoting posts that don't contain images or attachments.

The error message we see is completely vague and unhelpful, could be anything from DNS errors to disk space problems to memory corruption.

That happened to me a while ago. I assumed the forum had some advanced screening tools, and I was about to break a rule, so I deleted the post.

Same here. I had some tongue-in-cheek things that was to be posted, but quoting someone else and including the bon mot prevented me from doing so.
