Wood and guitars vary, I'm just very happy with my pernie guitars and would seek out others based on them. It's all good!

For me, just based on its sheer rarity and the fact that it’s no longer available, I’d grab pernambuco over BRW, if it was available. Sadly, it’s not.

FWIW (nothing ), while I like both, given my choice I’d choose BRW.

I have both and they are outstanding. I also prefer Braz for the feel. Especially on SCs!

Pernie does seem to have a clarity that no other neck wood seems to have. Always wanted to try it on an acoustic.
