… or maybe nobody noticed? 😉
Based on "Wayback Machine" results, as of Feb 4, 2024 "Media" and "Resources" were not part of the main nav. On Mar 4, 2024, both were in the main nav (looks like wayback does a once a month capture of the prs forum, so every 4th of the month at least recently). I am guessing this was added without fanfare to see how it worked out, and then announce it after smooth sailing has been established. But just guessing ;~))

You are KING for noticing this either way Mr. d^rren! Thanks for paying attention ;~))

Thanks, I hope I figure out what all these steps mean. On Strat-Talk, TDPRI, and TheGearPage, you can just copy and paste photos from the web or click on “Insert Photo” and choose one from your camera roll.

What are post choices? Where is the paper clip?

Are there any rules on what we can upload? I didn't realise what I uploaded to my personal album on my profile actually shows up on the main Media page of the forum.

I'd uploaded photos of all my guitars, including 3 non-PRS guitars which now have 1 star reviews and comments of "Not a PRS" from a grown adult 😂

I intentionally haven't posted these on the forums in any threads, but if they're not welcome on my personal album then I'll delete them. I thought a forum like this would be a bit more mature? But I'm new here so maybe I'm wrong.

Here are two print screens with some instructions. The second print screen shows you what the pop up box looks like when you click on the image icon to post an image link ;~)) I will be posting a video tutorial for this stuff, but hopefully this will get you started!! If you use the image BB code instead, you don't have to look for or click on the image icon!!! And apologies but there is no paperclip. The Image icon is between two chain links and the smiley face (see print screens below or in your "Reply" window along the top)!!!

Yeah..that's a bit childish and out of order IMHO.
I have posted a few non PRS ngd and never had bad or childish comments.
Sure some peeps might have thought it but didn't print it so to speak.

I also thought this forum was above that type of nonsense.

Here's the rationale.

There's a history of this forum. There are others that know it better than I. My understanding is that PRS isn't super interested in maintaining it, starting with hosting images and needing to police that.

People start posting all their competing brand guitars or using it as a free image hosting service is not going to go well for us. Be respectful and don't take this for granted.

I don't believe posting pics of other brands of instruments helps the members of this community or makes this forum about PRS.

There's a list of rules, there's only 6, and they are easy to find
