Post Experience Excitement

I swore I wasn't buying anything at this year's experience.

I failed because of the good folks at PRS doing their job.

I picked up this P22 from the experience on Saturday, just your basic 10 Top.

I've spent all day noodling and now have to find a decent acoustic amp for the house

I went to a clinic on the P22 & P24 @ exerience and they stated that the piezo sounds best with full range speaker via PA. So if you have a pa or or even a powered monitor you can use that instead of an acoustic amp. All the demos that they did of the P22 was through Jbl powerd monitors that we're full range and they sounded gorgeous. By the way I ordered a P24 also, mine just didn't come in yet.

This is correct for the Piezo ... but ... the magnetic pictups sound better with a guitar amp. J Hates gave a great demonstration of the P22 with an "H" and an AER acoustic amp in Tent "A".
