Pole pieces spinning in place

On my se custom 24 and 2 pole pieces are spinning in place. Is the pole piece screwed into plastic? And does it means it’s stripped or? What are the options for fixing it?

I have not seen that.

Did you try to adjust it and over tighten it - only way I can think to mess it up?

Fix - wrap it with teflon tap (plumbing) and re insert. If that doesn't work glue it in place?
