Gather round , peeps, with your crying towels and violins. About 2 months ago, I found one of my dream guitars on Reverb. It was a Seafoam Green PRS NF3 with a Rosewood board. As fast as I could type, I paypalled the seller in the Chicago Area. She couldn’t have been nicer, and shipped the guitar to me via UPS. Then the trouble started. I usually get things from the Chicago area in 2 to 3 days. After I week I contacted her to verify shipping. After 2 weeks, Reverb started an “investigation.”
About 10 days later, there was a PayPal refund in my email. I DON’T WANT THE REFUND, I WANT THE GUITAR! As of today, I’m still chasing UPS to see if they can locate the guitar. It was in a hard case in a cardboard shipping box with a label attached to the outside. I fear the worst, I had a PRS stolen from UPS in Georgia 10 years ago. If any of you see or hear of said guitar, please PM me immediately. I’m persistent and irritating with UPS, and I won’t give up. Wish me luck………..

If you have the S/N from any photos, that would be good to post here so that verification can be established if we do see a similar one! I do realize that this is going to be a rare bird, but the more information we can look for, the more likely we can get a match!! My guess is, it will turn up in a pawn shop somewhere in the next year or so!!! Best of luck and I will keep eyes peeled (as painful as that sounds)!!!!
 
I'm in Chicago and know a guy, but it'll cost you a blue triple soapie... ;)

Man that really sucks. I'll most definitely keep an eye out. That's a guitar I sorta watch for anyhow, and like a junkie I'm always checking gear about anywhere and everywhere.

I knew a girl in Dundee who used to offer a “triple soapie”;):eek:

Paul that really sucks. If it appears in Dundee I will return it to you personally.
 
Man, that is disappointing. I'm always looking for NF3s. Seafoam rarely pops up, so if one appears I'm sure it will be noticed. Best of luck and keep us posted.
