A friend of mine came around today to drop something off and he had his DGT with him.
It's a lovely 2013 model with a beautiful finish (not sure what the colour is) but I was really surprised in the difference of the neck profile.
My own Grissom is a 2009 and the neck carve is just the best of any guitar I've played or owned, this was a bit fatter and not as comfy for my small hands, my neck feels like home.
Great guitar but such a difference in the neck it really threw me :(

Nice picture. The neck profile most definitely changes the feel of playing the guitar. One guitar can feel so easy and natural to play. Your fingers just fall right where they are suppose to. On another guitar, it feels awkward.

I have not had the opportunity to play a DGT. If Willies ever get's one in, or I happen to take a trip to Dave's guitar shop, I will take a strum or two.

My friends don't happen to have a guitar with them, let alone a PRS. They think I'm a little nuts because of all the guitars I've run through.

I was told I've got the first black DGT off the line. It's disturbing to hear the more recent models have a different neck profile. I love the neck on mine.
