As far as Guildford, I would keep your grievances to yourself as this isn't the place to air them.

The Reverb route is the right way to deal with this.
There are many valid reasons why he may not be able to reply in time: insane amount of guitar parts orders during these times, overloaded with questions/etc, emergencies, etc...
And while I can understand your frustration, posting here about it is needlessly damaging to Guilford's reputation.
