Looking for a PRS with a pattern thin neck and a piezo pickup. Must have a hardtail bridge. I am flexible on all other details. Does such an instrument exist?

You might also be able to have the neck on a P22 or P245 re-carved (contact the PTC if you'd want to do that - it's not cheap, but cheaper than PS). There could even have been a limited run with a pattern thin neck, but I haven't seen one.

Your other option would be to take any non-piezo PRS you like and add a piezo to it. It might be difficult and expensive to give it a separate output jack, but you could use a single stereo jack to get separate outs at the same time I think, or just use it blended or one at a time if that's what you want.

If you specifically want the piezo used by PRS, again I'd ask the PTC if they could install one in whichever guitar you're interested in.

AFAICT, the only piezo-equipped PRS model in Core with Pattern Thin Neck is the P24, and it has a trem. Not even an option for Pattern Thin in AP for the P22 (Stoptail) or HBs, P245, etc.

However, there may be Wood Library or other Dealer-specific runs that have the combo you want, or scour used (or NOS) models.

The limitation of neck carves on the models, even AP (which by definition is special order, not off the rack) is quite baffling to me.

I didn't do an exhaustive check: perhaps only 24-fret necks are available in Pattern Thin, and PRS simply doesn't want to bother with that neck carve on any 22 fretter?

EDIT: well, not the case. You can order a 408 (22 fretter) with Pattern Thin neck.

Bizarre.
