Hello all. I am new here. I have my first PRS. It's a McCarty with Brazilian board, Korina body, and soap bar pickups. I was on the fence about keeping it for a while because the neck is just so much chunkier than I am used to. But the thing plays so well and sounds amazing that I'm starting to kinda fall in love with it.

I want to do more with it. Is there any way I can install a Piezo bridge on this guitar? If so... what is the best bridge to get. I have an Antares Auto Tune system and would love to run this thing through it.

You definitely can install a piezo bridge on it, but the 10" radius limits your options a little bit (unless you get the saddles modified to suit).

PRS have a piezo bridge but they're pretty hard to come by on the 2nd hand market.

IMO the best option would be a MannMade 2300 adjustable stoptail with piezo saddles added. Can't remember the details but something like RMC "Nashville" saddles may work, couple it with a preamp and you'd have a very good piezo system.

Give John Mann a call, I'm sure he'll point you in the right direction :)

Thank you. Before the idea of installing a piezo system I was already looking into a Mann Made bridge as they appear to be excellent quality from the research I've done.

And people who are in the know about piezos seem to always highly recommend RMC.

So a marriage of the two sounds extremely interesting. Again thank you for the advice.

I have installed Graphtech Ghost piezo systems on a number of my guitars, I really like them.
