Sometimes the photo almost figures more than the guitar. The photo stays with you everywhere you go, can be enjoyed at leisure, no heavy case to set down and open.
It also made me realise this really is a perfect finish. The grain disperses the “glow” naturally so that you don’t get a conspicuous circular boundary. The contrast between the dark and light is just perfect. Frostbite glow with a whitewash back, ebony board with MOP birds. Who knew that could be a thing.
There indeed are accomplished artists working at PRS. Well done.
