Hello everybody,
I need some help wirh PRS puckups.

Can someone tell me the difference in sound and output between these pups:

245
57/08
58/15
which one is „hotter“?

Hottest of those, to my ears, would be the 7's, followed closely by the 57/08's. Actual output may be similar, but the 7's are definitely a bit brighter and more aggressive. After that would come the 245's and then the 58/15's. If I had my choice, it would be 58/15's or 57/08's. I like 7's and thought 245's ok in my Mira.....but 57/08's and 58/15's are some of the best pickups ever made, IMO.

Want a bit more juice and midrange in you PAF, all with great string to string balance and feel? 57/08.

Trade off a bit of output for incredible clarity, definition, a bit more top end and that same great balance and feel? 58/15 is your huckleberry.
