I do not know a way to find out the model numbers for the pickups in my PRS guitars. I bought them both used

I have a CE24 that I believe is a 2000, and a 2013 408 that I just got - it was built in January but I just acquired it.

What are the model numbers in these guitars, and do I have potions for replacing any otherm (I realize the 408s are pretty proprietary in terms of size & shape, but it is worth asking).

A 2000 CE24 would have come with an HFS ("Hot, Fat and Screams") pickup in the bridge and a Vintage Bass in the neck. But since yours is used, they could be just about anything (So, yes, you can replace the pickups in a CE24 with just about any other brand/model). The only way to know for sure is to take them out and take a look. Since the guitar has locking tuners, you could just loosen the strings, unlock the tuners, take the strings out of the tuners and then unscrew the pickup rings. This will enable you to lift the pickups out and take a look at the back of them, which will usually give you a clue to the brand & model. It'll take you less than 5 minutes and is super easy. If you still can't figure out what you've got, post some photos and I'm sure you'll get your answer.

Someone else who knows more than I can tell you about the 408.

Oh, and please post pics of your new guitars.

I can figure it out based on what you said - thank you. It's funny that I have never heard that much discussion about PRS pickups - not like you hear for so many other guitars. Where can I find specs for PRS pickups? magnet types, output, etc?
